Innovative living and care in Wiesengrund: the "Salpark" project

The "Hülfsgesellschaft Winterthur" foundation is planning an extension to the existing Wiesengrund senior citizens' centre and the Eichgut retirement residence on its site in the Eichgut, Neuwiesen, Sal and Wülflingerstrasse area in order to meet the future requirements of integrative care and nursing for the elderly. The new buildings will enable a variety of social uses and, with the landscaped inner courtyard and the range of flats, will create added value for the neighbourhood.

Conceptions AG has been commissioned with the specialist audio-visual planning, including the communal areas such as the multi-purpose room, restaurant, TV systems in the care rooms and lounges.

We are delighted about the contract and the collaboration between Graf Biscioni Architekten AG/SIA and Dürsteler Bauplaner GmbH.
